Tasked with explaining revenue management — one of the most conceptually dense topics in commercial aviation — I developed a three-part animated series using After Effects and Illustrator. Starting from existing graphics, I optimized and animated the assets into an engaging, accessible series that made a complicated subject genuinely fun to watch.

11 Years and Still Running

I was part of the founding team that stood up a recurrent aircraft cleaning and search video program — a project that required overnight productions on active aircraft, cross-functional team coordination, SME and stakeholder management, and script supervision. I led the project for its first five-plus years. It's still running today.

The Animation That Helped Move Life-Saving Medicine

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I produced an FAA-required training animation that certified our employees to ship critical medical supplies across the country. Without this animation, the program couldn't launch. The stakes were about as real as they get — people needed that medicine and we needed to be ready to move it.

The Story That Had to Be Told Right

I served as camera crew on a production documenting a real-world human trafficking case — a victim identified and rescued by an airline flight crew before she could be taken off the plane. The weight of the story demanded precision and care at every level of production. This is the kind of work that reminds you why the craft matters.

I joined this production as the sound man — responsible for all interview audio and natural sound during the recreation sequences. When a last-minute casting need came up, I stepped in front of the camera and played the person who performs CPR and saves a child's life. Not a typical production day, but an unforgettable one.

Built a Podcast Operation from the Ground Up

I launched and ran the podcast programming at a major commercial airline — growing it to 8+ active podcast series produced monthly, totaling 100+ episodes. Working in Adobe Audition and Premiere, I handled everything: scheduling, recording, editing, and delivery. Formats ranged from leadership interviews and book reviews to hospitality conversations and personal stories from inside the organization.
